Defective Item
We check all our items before mailing them out. However if a defect is found, please contact us immediately at avebelle@gmail.com
Defective item must be mailed back to us within 7 days from the day of purchase
Defects reported after that will be null
We will replace the same item for the defective item. In the event that the particular item is sold out, we will offer another item that is of the same value
NO REFUND WILL BE MADE for defective item
Please also note that colour shown on pictures are adjusted to be as close to actual product as possible. Monitor calibration may differ.
Poor Sizing
Customers will bear full responsibilities for poor sizing as we will provide the most accurate measurements on the site.
Lost Parcel
We will not be held responsible for parcel that did not opt for registered postage
